La Cocina del Sol Cooking Classes with Flynt Payne Join executive chef Flynt Payne and the rest of the Esperanza culinary team each Friday at 11:30 a.m. in our main kitchen for an interactive and personalized session filled with cooking techniques, tips and secret recipes. Work side-by-side with Flynt while you learn hands-on how to prepare fresh, simple and flavorful dishes using regional ingredients. All attendees receive an embroidered “La Cocina del Sol” apron and one of our unique chef caps. The session ends with a luncheon consisting of the dishes prepared with the Chef.
